Candied Ginger

Okay, yum! Our candied ginger makes a great treat right out of the bag. The pieces are sliced and irregular in shape, but we've found the flavor and texture to be superior to "chopped" versions. It is easy enough to do the chopping to suit your recipe, and the leftover pieces get snapped up every time.
